The Paper Mill Alcohol Inks are bright, vibrant pigments that dry fast and can be used on almost any non-porous surface. Every colour is permanent, acid free and transparent, and they all mix well together when combined with The Paper Mill Blending Solution. The zesty Citrus colour dries to a warm gold, but when combined with blending solution it brightens to a sunny lemon yellow that will make any artwork pop!
